The Xpulse 200 4V is presently not in stock throughout Nepal, having experienced unavailability for over four months, even preceding the Dashain festival. NGM Hero has discontinued the importation of the Xpulse 200 4V into Nepal.
While it continues to be a widely desired off-road motorcycle in the country, it unfortunately remains beyond the reach of enthusiasts. Noteworthy is the fact that the Xpulse 200 4V is acknowledged as one of the most cost-effective dirt bikes in Nepal, providing a distinct competitive advantage in terms of pricing.
In comparison to its counterpart, the Honda XR190L, the Xpulse 200 4V stands out for its affordability, as the Honda model comes with a price tag almost double that of the Xpulse. Presently, the only available variant is the Xpulse 200 2V, at a price of NRs. Rs. 4,03,500
Surprisingly, NGM Auto’s social media pages have not been updated since April 2023, indicating a potential lack of interest in promoting Hero products in Nepal. Speculations arise regarding this disinterest, pointing to possible reasons such as changes in distributorship, the development of a local factory in Nepal, alterations in government laws, among others.
It’s noteworthy that NGM has been a distributor of Hero Motorcycles & Scooters since 1986. According to information from one of the dealers, there is optimism that the Xpulse 4V will be restocked in the next four months. However, the underlying reasons for NGM’s current stance on Hero products in Nepal remain uncertain.
