CG Motors Has Launched the New XPulse 200 4v in Nepal.
CG Motors, Hero’s new authorized distributor in Nepal, has launched the much-anticipated New Hero XPulse 200 4V. This dual-sport motorcycle, priced at NPR 4,54,900, looks to be a game changer for adventure rides. The XPulse 200 4V, and this is assembled locally in Nepal, has many new upgrades and features that improve performance and rider experience.
Key Features and Upgrades:
The updated 2024 Hero XPulse 200 4V comes with several new features:
- Brighter Headlamp: It has a new Class-D Projector LED headlight with H-shaped daytime running lights (DRLs) for better visibility.
- Three ABS Modes: Riders can switch between Road ABS, Off-Road ABS, and Rally ABS depending on the terrain.
- Rally-Style Windshield: The bike now has a 60mm taller windshield for better wind protection.
- Updated Knuckle Guards: These offer better protection for the rider’s hands.
- Luggage Plate: Added for carrying gear on longer trips.
- USB Charging Port: Conveniently placed under the speedometer for easy device charging.
The Hero XPulse 200 4V keeps its classic adventure look but adds modern dual-tone graphics. The headlamp housing remains the same, but with a brighter projector LED. The windshield and knuckle guards have been updated for better function and style. Ergonomics have also been improved, with the footpeg position adjusted to benefit riders during standing stances. The bike continues to feature an integrated Start and Engine Kill Switch, and the USB charging port’s placement under the speedometer adds to the overall convenience.
The Hero XPulse 200 4V is powered by a 199.6cc, single-cylinder, 4-stroke, 4-valve, oil-cooled fuel-injected engine. This setup delivers a maximum power of 19.1PS at 8500rpm and a maximum torque of 17.35Nm at 6500rpm. The engine is paired with a 5-speed gearbox and retains its BS6 compliance.
Hero has refined the performance of the engine, reducing vibrations through the 4-valve system and oil cooling. The gear ratios have been reworked, making the first gear taller and more torque-heavy, which is beneficial for off-road conditions. The suspension system includes a 37mm telescopic fork with an anti-friction bush and a 10-step adjustable monoshock, ensuring a comfortable ride across various terrains.
The new Hero XPulse 200 4V is designed with advanced braking technology and versatile safety features, making it a top choice for riders who tackle various terrains. The bike is equipped with a robust braking system, featuring a 276 mm petal disc at the front and a 220 mm petal disc at the rear, ensuring powerful and consistent stopping power. Enhancing this system is the multiple ABS mode, which allows riders to adjust the ABS sensitivity to suit different riding conditions. With options to toggle between Road ABS, Off-Road ABS, and Rally ABS, the XPulse 200 4V provides optimal braking performance and control, whether on city streets, rugged trails, or challenging rally routes. These features collectively enhance the bike’s safety and versatility, making it an excellent companion for both urban commuting and adventurous escapades.

Despite getting all upgrades in 2024, the New Xpulse is priced at 4,54,900/- in Nepal.
