Royal Enfield Classic 350 Gets Modern Makeover for 2025 — Launched in Nepal
Royal Enfield has officially launched the 2025 Classic 350 in Nepal, offering a refreshed take on its popular retro-styled cruiser. While the motorcycle retains the proven mechanical setup of its predecessor, it now boasts several cosmetic enhancements and modern feature upgrades, making it more appealing to a new generation of riders while staying true to its classic roots.
The most noticeable update in the 2025 Royal Enfield Classic 350 is the introduction of an all-LED illumination setup. The motorcycle now comes with LED headlamps, position lamps, taillights, and turn indicators, bringing it in line with the lighting setup seen across other newer models in the Royal Enfield lineup, such as the Meteor 350 and Shotgun 650. These upgrades not only enhance visibility but also add a premium touch to the bike’s overall retro-modern aesthetic.
Additionally, Royal Enfield has included new adjustable brake and clutch levers, providing better ergonomics and rider comfort. Another modern convenience is the USB-C charging port, allowing riders to charge their devices on the go. A gear-position indicator has also been added to the digital-analogue instrument cluster, a helpful feature especially for newer riders. However, it’s worth noting that many of these updates are reserved for the higher-spec variants, with the base models retaining simpler configurations.
In terms of colour options, the 2025 Classic 350 receives a refreshed palette with seven new shades: Emerald, Jodhpur Blue, Commando Sand, Madras Red, Medallion Bronze, Sand Grey, and Stealth Black. These vibrant and matte finishes enhance the bike’s vintage appeal and provide a broader range of personalization for buyers.
Mechanically, the new Classic 350 remains unchanged. It continues to be powered by the 349cc single-cylinder J-series engine, which delivers 20.2 bhp at 6,100 rpm and 27 Nm of peak torque at 4,000 rpm. Mated to a 5-speed gearbox, the engine is known for its smooth power delivery, refined performance, and torquey low- to mid-range, ideal for both city commuting and highway cruising. The air/oil-cooled configuration further emphasizes simplicity and long-term reliability.

In terms of braking, the base variants feature a front disc and rear drum setup with single-channel ABS, while the higher-end models come with disc brakes at both ends and dual-channel ABS for enhanced safety.
