Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Customer Experience Representative to join our team. The responsibilities are to guide customers through their purchase process while assisting them in every step. Interact with customers on both physical as well as digital platforms, such as, Messenger, Instagram & WhatsApp. Record detailed customer reports, prepare daily & weekly experience report. Prepare marketing campaigns & sales processes to improve customer experiences.

• Analytical abilities to maneuver through customer requirements.
• Ability to speak fluently in both Nepali & English
• Expressive, Honest and a good listener
• A speaking ability to use a variety of words to appropriately describe product information.
• A keen interest on the customers’ requirements

Skills & Experiences: – 

• Basic computer knowledge
• A Minimum of 1-2 years experience in sales/marketing or relevant field
