Motorcycles will not be provided, riders shall bring their own bikes
Motorcycles will be available for hire at the premises, at the discretion of the organizers
Motorcycles must be road worthy with proper functioning brakes and tyres
There should be no leakage of any oil or coolant from the motorcycle inside the premises
Riders must have proper footwear which covers ankle “if possible, riding boots
Riding Helmet with functioning chin strap and visor
Riding jacket with elbow and shoulder guards
Full Riding Gloves with knuckle protection
Knee guards made for motorcycle, made with hard plastic or similar material
Riders without adequate safety gear will not be allowed to ride inside the premises

Advanced Riding Academy (ARA) reserves the right to dismiss any rider who in their opinion is a hazard to the safety and rights of others or who has rejected the rules of the track provided by coach. Please complete this form to reserve a space. As our groups are small, all session slots are reserved on a first come first served basis. We will try to accommodate your first-choice date and time and group by similar ages/ability if possible. Message Self Declaration The organizers decline liability for any accident caused by, to any entrant, competitor, or third party, or to the participating vehicle either before or during the events. The organisers also decline liability for breach of any law in which the participant may be involved in and each participant shall declare to the duly authorized official or to the organisers, in regard to any and all incidents from which liability may arise and shall indemnity the organisers, sponsors, & Govt. of Nepal in regard to all liabilities. The entrant and his executor/administrators and legal representatives shall not have any claim whatsoever on the organisers, sponsors, their officials, agents, representatives, employees, owners of the premises and all persons assisting them in the events either before or during the event.
